I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fresh and clean with large bathrooms, probably the best shower in Santiago, and overlooking a park. The staff was extremely helpful, arranging airport transfers and tours with a friendly attitude. The location was perfect for exploring the Bellas Artes neighborhood, near museums and restaurants. The dining experience was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and healthy choices. Overall, a great value for money with excellent service and amenities.
